HOME IS WHERE πŸ’• "Home is where the heart is" I cannot blame the daughter for she is staying at America even she is a Filipino. For 16 years, she is there. She was born there.  Home is not just a house. In fact, home is where your love is there; where the comfort and care is also there.

Character Sketch

CHARACTER SKETCH πŸ‘© My mom. My wonderwoMOM. My life. I strongly believe that there is no word that could fully describe my 'WonderwoMOM'. She's my everything, my private doctor, my chef, my teacher and many more. She is loving, caring, cute, joker, and most importantly, she's beautiful. My mother is like a souvenir, she's worth to remember. She loves what I love, and it is impossible to forget her smile.  My mother puts everyone before herself and would drop anything to help even a stranger. She is compassionate and truly cares about the needs and hurts of everyone around her. My mother has faced more obstacles in her life than anyone I have met. She graduated high school with a lot of challenges. She even paid her own college tuition from her own earnings as a working-student. My mother and father prayed earnestly and loved my brothers and me in hopes that in every situation or problem would not ruin us. She taught us that our heavenly Fath...

In the end she realizes he needs to be released. The story “The Trout” by Sean O’Faolain is about a young girl named Julia and her brother finding a trout in a well. The story takes place in Ireland in their home in a place they call the dark walk. The story represents the coming of age, but also portrays different things through the characters and other devices. Through Julia and different situations, we see a caring yet arrogant person, and we see her thoughtfulness. In life, we should let things go because it's also a way of finding the happiness and it's a freedom of having own life.   The word...

On His Blindness

Image
ON HIS BLINDNESS When I consider how my light is spent Ere half my days in this dark world and wide, And that one talent which is death to hide Lodg'd with me useless, though my soul more bent To serve therewith my Maker, and present My true account, lest he returning chide; "Doth God exact day-labour, light denied?" I fondly ask. But Patience to prevent That murmur, soon replies: "God doth not need Either man's work or his own gifts; who best Bear his mild yoke, they serve him best. His state Is kingly. Thousands at his bidding speed And post o'er land and ocean without rest: They also serve who only stand and wait.
